Storyline: St. Jude Square is a vicinage living in fear and despair. The dueling gangs of local kingpins Dash and Antuan terrorize the streets and the citizens live outside of a shred of hope... until mystic stranger Ryan Hong (Cung Le) arrives in town. He begins to play one company against the other using his unmatched martial arts skills, and by employment on the teachings of his glistening mentor Tiano (Jean-Claude Van Damme) to meet with the strength to battle back. However, good as he begins to bring the community under control, Hong is confronted ~ means of Mr. V, the town's hard-hearted and corrupt police chief. At before anything else Mr. V is impressed by Hong's dexterity, but soon sees Hong as a menace to his regime, and the two warriors are locked in a understanding-to-head battle, pitting the reverence and corruption of Mr. V's regime against the new beginning Hong represents on this account that the people of St. Jude Square.
